Booking terms & house rules
These conditions apply to stays in our two apartments inside the Benal Beach complex. They exist so that everyone knows what to expect — most of them are simply the house rules of the resort.

Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us or from the platform you booked through. Payment terms, deposits and cancellation conditions are shown before you confirm and depend on the rate you choose.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 15:00 (the Studio until 00:00), check-out is between 08:00 and 11:00. Both apartments have 24/7 self check-in; please tell us your approximate arrival time in advance so we can send the right instructions.
Number of guests
The Sea View Apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests, the Beach Studio a maximum of 2. The apartment may not be occupied by more people than booked.
House rules
Both apartments are strictly non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours in the complex are from 22:00 to 07:00 (from 21:00 for the Studio block). Guests under 18 may only check in with a parent or legal guardian.
Damage
Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay. A damage policy of up to €500 applies to the Sea View Apartment and up to €100 to the Studio, in line with the conditions shown at booking.
Resort facilities
Pools, water slides, gardens, gym and other shared facilities are operated by the Benal Beach community, not by us. Their opening hours are seasonal and can change; we cannot guarantee that a specific facility is open on specific dates, although we will always tell you what we know.
Registration
Spanish law requires us to register all guests with the authorities. You will be asked for identity document details before or on arrival.
Tourist licences
Sea View Apartment: VUT/MA/39774. Beach Studio: VFT/MA/32191. Both are registered with the Andalusian tourism register.
