Where exactly are Benal Beach Apartments located?
On Avenida del Parque in Benalmádena Costa (29630 Málaga, Spain), inside the gated Benal Beach resort. The GPS coordinates are 36.590584, -4.528332. Bil Bil Beach is 200 m away and Puerto Marina is 1.9 km along the promenade.
How far is the beach?
Bil Bil Beach is about 200 metres away and Santa Ana Beach about 250 metres — a walk of 4 to 6 minutes, mostly downhill and on the promenade.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is between 08:00 and 11:00. Both apartments have 24/7 self check-in, so you can arrive at any hour — you receive your access instructions before you travel.
Is parking included?
Yes. Free parking is available inside and around the complex for all our guests, with no reservation needed and no extra charge.
Are the swimming pools included, and when are they open?
Yes — the pools, water slides and gardens are included in your stay. From 1 July to 31 August all four outdoor pools are open 10:00–21:00 (Grande until midnight on Saturdays) and the slides run between 10:30 and 20:30. From Easter to 16 October the Sirena, Grande and Pequeña pools open every day and the Sirena slide runs in two sessions; in June, September and early October the Barco pool and the Barco and Grande slides run on a reduced schedule, mostly at weekends. From 17 October to 31 March only the Sirena pool is open (11:00–17:00, until 18:00 in late October) and the slides are closed. The full timetable is on our Facilities page.
How much does a night cost?
In high season prices are between €120 and €160 per night, depending on the apartment, the dates and the length of stay. Outside high season prices are lower. The exact price for your dates is shown in the booking calendar on this website, where you can book directly with us, without an intermediary.
How many people can stay in each apartment?
The Sea View Apartment sleeps 4 (a queen bed in the bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room, 49 m²). The Beach Studio sleeps 2 (queen bed, 22 m²).
Is there Wi-Fi, and is it fast enough to work?
Yes. Both apartments have free fibre Wi-Fi with a strong upload speed — guests regularly work, take video calls and upload video from here.
How do I get here from Málaga Airport?
The airport is 10 km away, about 20 minutes by taxi or private transfer. Alternatively take the C1 train to Arroyo de la Miel (about 25 minutes) and then a short bus or taxi ride down to Avenida del Parque.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately not. Both apartments are non-smoking and pets are not permitted.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
There is a well-stocked minimarket inside the Benal Beach building itself, and larger supermarkets are a few minutes away by car or bus.
Can I book for a month or longer?
Yes, long stays are welcome and often cheaper than the published nightly rate. Send us your dates through the contact form and we will make you a direct offer.
Is it suitable for families with children?
Very much so. The resort has a children's pool, water slides, a playground and gardens, the beach is a short walk away, and the Sea View Apartment sleeps four. Both apartments have a foldable baby cot — just let us know you need it.
Which languages do you speak?
We answer in English, Spanish and German. The website itself is available in eleven languages.
Is it noisy?
The complex sits back from the coast road and the bedrooms face away from traffic. Quiet hours are respected from 22:00 to 07:00, and parties are not allowed.
