This website is operated by the private owner of two holiday apartments in Benalmádena, Spain. We collect as little personal data as possible and never sell it.

Who is responsible
The owner of Benal Beach Apartments, contactable at the email address published on the contact page, is the data controller for this website.
What we collect
Only what you send us: the name, email address, optional phone number, travel dates and message you type into the contact form. If you book through the booking calendar, your booking data is processed by our booking system provider (Smoobu) under their own privacy policy.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to prepare and manage your booking, and to comply with the Spanish legal obligations that apply to tourist accommodation (including guest registration).
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months. Booking records are kept for as long as Spanish tax and tourism law requires.
Who else sees it
Our booking system (Smoobu GmbH), our web host, and — where you booked through them — the platform you booked with. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. A session cookie is used only if you submit the contact form. If website statistics are enabled, they are configured to collect aggregated data only.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Write to the email address on the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
